RE-USE A DAMAGED BLUETOOTH HEADSET
On this project. Im going to show you on how to re-use a physically damaged bluetooth headset. on this part, im going to my previous bluetooth headset BH503 nokia.
So the problem is, this part of the headset was damaged

which is common to this headset. applying glue on the broken parts still makes the headset fragile and the durability of the part were less than the unbroken part. I also wanted to increase the battery capacity so i need more space for the battery compartment.
I searched for a non-bluetooth , fold-able, and big headset that I can convert to Bluetooth headset by transferring the bluetooth reciever of my BH503 headset to the non-bluetooth headset. And I bought this

This is a Knock off headset , but with 80% sound quality, big and foldable headset.
I started fabricating the converted headset by removing the Right side of the headset which holds the transmitter. i removed the speaker and the battery and attached to the right side of the non bluetooth headset. it looked like this after mounting
