MOTORIZED BIKE concept
*not the typical setup*
This is my first big project inside my hobby shop (our house and my room). putting some of my skills in mechanical and a little electronics design (minor design), limited types of tools used and the aim is also no fabrication must be done on other machine shops so i designed it without the use of special jigs, lathe, milling, or cnc machine. ITS JUST PURE HAND MADE!!!!! and im going to show you the concepts that you can use as reference.
parts and raw materials used are not from junk. you can buy it on bike shops, hardwares, and motorcycle shops.

THIS IS THE FIRST CONCEPT. my first bike was assembled last year (2013) and it was a black mountain bike. it has a customized frame, vee brakes, double crown fork, extended fabricated fenders, specially designed headlights and tail lights all LED, sprocket welded to a japan stainless hub. it also was a converted head tube from standard size to over size to hold the double crown fork and i designed a stand for it because standard center stands cant stand the total load of my bike. i designed a ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM for it so the engine will not overheat during low speeds on high rpm, design a centralized electrical system with horn, light mounting frames (see picture)
THIS IS THE SECOND CONCEPT. months have passed and i wanted to test something to the frame. i modified the frame to make some test for my new concept (for a responsive suspension bike frame) and instead of using the tested frame i decided not to use it and just buy a new frame.i added some improvements including extended fenders on front. battery mountings to hold the SLA battery, and fabricate my design on the FENDER FRAME. i painted it red to make it look different from my first build and also added some disc brakes to it. added my customized design rear carrier. BRAKE LIGHTS. i designed my rear rotor mounting base on the materials that i have. and also the improved engine cooling system that is very useful during trailing on the mountains with some bikers. (see picture)
after almost a year, while riding my bike heading home an accident happened. i was hit by a speeding motorcycle and my bike came to and end, its a total wreck. and another bad thing was, the driver of the motorcycle didnt pay me for the damage to my bike (see picture)
the frame was damaged, fenders on front is damaged, fork is damaged, tube is damaged, handle bars were damaged, front rim is damaged, engine block is damaged.
so to be able to use my bike again i need to assemble a new bike. my time limit was only 16 hours (disassembly of the old bike + assembly of the new bike) because i can only work on this bike on that weekend (saturday and sunday) because i need to go to work on monday. the limitations on this bike is the parts to be used because i need to adjust on the available parts on the nearby shop. and i also need to adjust on my limitations that no outside fabrication must be done. I assembled it on my EX girlfriends house because that is the nearby place that my bike crashed.
new parts were
- CARBON FIBER BIKE FRAME , this was the only size large bike frame available so i need to adjust my design to this
- XCM suntour fork, i need to adapt my head light mountings or design a new one
- rigida rim
-new tube
- new handle bar (easton)
and other parts
i know i cant finish the fully fabricated bike on that time so i decided to finish it with a temporary but usefull build. it came out as this (see picture)
THIS IS THE 3RD CONCEPT

as i use several days and i noticed that the carbon fiber material is not good for the application so i gone R&D again and design a bracket that suits my needs. also fabricate the headlight frames and its centralized electrical with temporary fabricated fenders from my damaged fenders of my previous bike.
i cant apply disc brakes to the rear because of the limitations to the frame and it was carbon fiber so i will just adjust to the existing frame. after weeks i decided to buy a jack-shaft kit and modify it to make it adapt to my engine bracket + with more durability upon mounting the engine and the jack-shaft kit. and fabricated the customized enduro like bike fenders that also suits my needs. now it looks like this after some additional fabricated parts and modifications for improvements. i also uploaded a video that proves that the engine mounting design and the modified jack-shaft were efficient and working. the video shows the latest modification that is not included on the second picture below. you can see that it has vee brakes on the front. it is used to lock the tires so that when i park the bike, the bike will not move.

(2014)
this bike was now copied by frat-boys and use it for their crimes. they took pictures every time i go inside our house during the day i was fabricating this bike (so they can tell stories that they fabricated the bike, or they helped me fabricating the bike), sometimes THEY are stealing the keys or undoing the padlocks so they can use my bike (the original in every detail, not talking about the literal bike with engine) and frame me up during office hours or every time im not around near the parking lot. they also replace this original bike with their copy bike (in every detail but crappy in functionality). THEY also copied this bike by fabricating it illegally inside the company that they were working for. sometimes they also change the parts that was attached on this bike with a faulty part that they fabricated for they so called XEROX COPY bike. they also do reenactments of my fabrication and took pictures so that they can tell the world that they fabricated my bike (even though they are not). so for those people that is not a member of any frat, just beware of customizing bikes because maybe this might happen to you. i also uploaded this recently after a long time since i fabricated the first bike so i can lure THIEVES that were pretending to be the good guys on facebook and trying to frame up those who refuse to join their fraternety and not doing the things that they want you to do.
