HOW TO INCREASE THE SIGNAL OF YOUR WIFI (3G SIGNAL)
internal parts modification
i got this pocket wifi as a loyalty award from a ISP. it is a huawei pocket wifi with a long time warranty. im having difficulty on signal on some places that's why i plan to make a increase in signal using the principle of increasing the length of the antenna (the same principle i use in my rc prototypes that i built a year ago). now that i got the warranty expired, i decided to do the modification. This is what you need to do
First, you need to open and locate the pocket wifi's internal antenna. and solder the socket or plug that you can use. You can use TV antenna socket as the antenna extension socket to be able to use your external tv antenna

solder the male part of the socket (this one is a adaptor to modern led tv to old coaxial cable antennas but you can use it) to the internal antenna and use the female part as a free part that you can use for installing external antennas to it.
next is you need to glue the socket to the casing so that the part will be mounted rigid.
now that the parts were soldered and glued, you can now attach external antennas to your pocket wifi.
BUT BECAUSE of the size of that standard socket, i decided not to use it to my wifi but instead use smaller sockets such as jumper sockets. below are the pictures of my modification + my so-called "anywhere antenna" that i built using simple parts and old antenna from the rc toy that i built years ago
you can see on the picture that i designed it to be located on the end of the pocket wifi.
